Ghost Hunting 101 with After Hours Paranormal Investigations Perhaps you?ve seen TAPS on Ghost Hunters or followed Ghost Adventures through a haunted location. Ghost hunting is not for the faint of heart, nor is it just for Halloween! This presentation will provide the basics on ghost hunting and will include personal stories, experiences and audio evidence captured on actual investigations. Some of the favorite haunts shared in this class will include The Mansfield Reformatory, The Myrtles Plantation, Lemp Mansion, The Old Spaghetti Factory in British Columbia, and some local haunts including private homes, a historic farmhouse, The Mantorville Opera House, Restoration House and Log Cabin, and Mrs. B?s Bed and Breakfast in Lanesboro. Flying Remote Control Aircraft Start a hobby that you can enjoy for a long time. Learn how to fly a remote control (R/C) airplane or helicopter, or hone your existing flying skills with indoor flying. Learn terminology, the basics of R/C, and practice on a flight simulator. This class is for indoor flying, only slow flying electric powered airplanes or helicopters are allowed. You provide your own flying equipment. Help will be provided for picking out the equipment that best fits you and your budget if you do not already have it. Help will also be provided to set up and learn to fly your aircraft. All participants planning on flying need an AMA Membership: www.modelaircraft.org (Adult park flier membership cost $30, student membership is now free). Minimum of 5 participants for the class, which will run most first-third Sundays of each month from 1-5 pm, Nov. 5-March 11th in the High School Gym.
